Independent Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) systems form the bedrock of delivering the desired quality to the customer the first time and every time.

A proactive Quality Assurance system helps clarify the differences, if any in the customers desired specifications, method of testing, or packing etc. This forms the basis for the Quality Control’s approval of a batch of material.

All three systems related to Quality. Environment, Health & Safety (QEHS) are operated in an integrated manner and periodic internal & external audits monitor the continual improvements in the system, consisting of SOP’s and protocols like FTPR (First Time Pass Rate) and OTIF (On Time In Full).

Product Manuals, Master Batch Records, Deviation & Trend Analysis, Redressal of complaints to customer’s satisfaction are other aspects of the systems in place at Novodigm Limited.

Continuous monitoring of changes in the regulatory framework, like ICH guidelines, is done and necessary changes made in our systems so that we are in conformance to the current systems practiced world-wide.

Environment, Health and Safety
Novodigm is committed to excellence in Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) through continual improvement of our awareness, understanding and perfrmance. Our goal is to protect the environment and the health & safety of all employees and communities where we operate.

It is our endeavour that there should be no adverse environmental impact from our operations and business practices and that we strictly control work related injuries & illness.

Novodigm Limited is also ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 accredited and has an integrated policy on Quality, Environment, Health & Safety (QEHS) which continuously enables us to continuously evaluate all operations and proposed changes.

All employees are imparted safety training at induction as well as periodically thereafter. Regular medical checkups for employees are also carried out. A system of work permits, job safety analysis, and independent third-party safety audits ensures that we employ the best practices available for conducting our operations safely.
