Novodigm Limited facilities are capable of delivering small volumes (~50 kgs) to multi tonne quantities from its modular & multipurpose plants, which are ISO 9001 accredited. Our 120 KL reaction capability comprises of the following:

• 60 reactors consisting of     
       *   34 GLR’s (upto 5KL capacity)
       *   26 SSR’s (upto 4 KL capacity)

• Separate Powder & Liquid processing area

• Centrifuges (Halar & SS )

• Filters (Pressure, Sparklers & Nutsche filters)

• Gas generators (HCl & N₂)

• Driers (Tray, VTD)

• Blenders (Octagonal, Ribbon etc.)

• Multimills sifters etc

• Operating temperature range from -70 deg C to 260 deg C

• Operating pressure range upto 70 bar

• High vacuum distillation at less than 0.5 mm Hg

These facilities operate under cGMP guidelines and are inspectable by regulatory authorities.
