Mr. Nilesh Gupta, Director
	A chemical engineer from the University Department of Chemical Technology(UDCT), Mumbai, and a graduate with honors from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, Mr. Gupta is a director of Novodigm. He specializes in healthcare, strategic management and finance, and is a director of other companies including one of India’s leading pharmaceutical company Lupin Limited.


Mr. Satish Khanna, Director
	A graduate in chemical engineering, Mr.Khanna has a background of working for over 25 years with leading Indian companies like Mitsu Industries, Hindustan Inks, Tata Chemicals and Union Carbide. He has been instrumental building the API business for Lupin Limited, and continues to guide its journey to become one of the leading global players in the API world.


Mr. Naresh Gupta, Director
	Mr, Gupta is a management graduate with specialisation in Marketing and a M.Phil in Finance. He brings with him rich experience of over 27 years of working with the some of the leading companies like Himcon (a subsidiary of IFCI), Business Firms Ltd and as well Lupin Ltd. He is a key member of Lupin Limited’s marketing team for API’s.


Mr. Ramesh Swaminathan, Director
	A chartered accountant with over two decades of experience he leads Lupin Limited’s finance and planning function. Prior to joining Lupin, he worked with Henkel, Germany as Regional Financial Controller for several countries across Central & Eastern Europe and the Middle East. He has also worked with leading companies in India like Henkel - India, VST Industries, the SPIC group and Standard Chartered Bank. Mr. Swaminathan is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Management Accountants, UK and Institute of Company Secretaries in India.


Dr. Prabhakar Chebiyyam, CEO & Managing Director
	A doctorate in synthetic organic chemistry, Dr. Prabhakar completed his Ph.D under the guidance of India’s renowned scientist Prof. Goverdhan Mehta at University of Hyderabad. He also obtained MBA in International Marketing from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies. He has held senior positions in Lupin (1993-1995) & Dr. Reddy’s (1995-2005), & was Senior Director – Business Development & Strategic Planning for API and Custom Pharmaceutical Services, at Dr. Reddy’s; before joining this company as COO in 2005. Dr. Prabhakar has published over 140 publications which include several patents.
