Case Five

Challenge: To manufacture and supply the temperature sensitive product under controlled conditions and deliver the same under an end-to-end cold supply-chain arrangement (below 10 deg C). This included devising logistics to ensure stable transportation of the product.

Solution: A new facility was built to meet the storage standards as per the requirement. Complete cold supply chain from Novodigm warehouse to Customer’s warehouse was established.

Result: In keeping with its vision statement Novodigm has created value through a viable and dependable solution to the issue. Novodigm has evolved as a preferred supplier for the customer – not just for the said product but for a basket of products thereby expanding the business relationship.
