The pharmaceutical business started as a division of Rubamin group during the year 1995 with a Research and Development centre near Vadodara. This evolved over the years to create more value for its customers worldwide by delivering advanced pharmaceutical products, from small scale to multi tonne level. On April 1, 2006 the pharmaceutical business was demerged into a separate company – Rubamin Laboratories Limited to enable it to increase its focus on the business and attain higher growth.

During January 2008, Rubamin Laboratories Limited was given a new corporate identity as Novodigm Limited, symbolising the beginning of its trek on to a new growth trajectory.

Our People

Over 60% of Novodigm Limited’s team have technical qualifications. Continuous focus on training is the key to development and up-gradation of skills & competencies of people. This is done through a well laid training identification and implementation protocol. Changes in the area of chemistry, regulations, safety & environment are anticipated and appropriate training imparted to people, so as to keep them ahead of the ever changing needs.
